Sep 3, 2021 · For various reasons I couldn't keep doing the IV ketamine. Additionally I changed my treatment team to more specialized practitioners, specifically a Somatic Experiencing expert. Recently my therapist/pdoc both suggested I try Ketamine Psychotherapy using Ketamine lozenges, especially since Ketamine has been useful for me in the past.

Jul 31, 2023 · My question was specifically about lozenges not any other form of ketamine treatment. Like I said in my post I’m already familiar with ketamine treatment I just was asking for people’s experience with lozenges not anyone else’s with other forms of therapy.

With my ketamine, I'll chew one tablet and leave about half the residue in my mouth when I add the ketamine troche to dissolve. It dissolves more quickly - maybe 3 or 4 minutes - and the effect is very noticeably stronger.I use a 100mg troche of ketamine; without the antacid, the effect is about like having a beer or two.

My doctor prescribed ketamine lozenges 20mg, two months ago. Beginning of June. Without insurance, a 3 month supply was $114.00 from a local compound pharmacy. They are prescribed as taking one every 3-4 days or as needed.

Feb 16, 2023 · For Cptsd and chronic pain, ketamine has saved my life. I’m so grateful. I take breaks of days or a week and occasionally a few weeks, and things are finally moving forward, though otherwise I have been taking lozenges daily and at times multiple times a day micro-dosing for pain management. Between 50-400mg/day. Generally 200-400mg per day.

Studies show it is less effective as an antidepressant. Sublingual Ketamine allows absorption through the mucus membranes pre-metabolic conversion.

May 31, 2022 · Ketamine defies all my brain's attempts to quantify, control, and understand it. It's remarkable - as I think that is part of my brain's problem. I think I can be in control of everything and ketamine just blows up that arrogant supposition from time to time. I have been taking lozenges every 3 days for a few months.
