Use Save As to save your workbook for the first time or to save a copy of your workbook in the location and file format you want.

Navigate to File > Save As > Browse – which will open the below window. Make sure you are in the right path to save the workbook > Select Excel Macro-Enabled Workbook (*.xlsm) as shown below and select Save.

To save a copy of your workbook from OneDrive to your computer, you will first need to download it. After downloading the workbook, you can open the workbook and make any changes—if you have the Excel desktop application.
