Shake the FIRST® - Suspension bottle for a few seconds. Open the suspension bottle and empty about one-third the contents of the FIRST®- Suspension bottle into the lansoprazole powder bottle .

FIRST®- Mouthwash BLM Compounding Kit contains premeasured diphenhydramine hydrochloride powder, lidocaine hydrochloride powder, and mouthwash suspension (aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, simethicone plus inactive ingredients). 2. Important tap the top and bottom of the diphenhydramine hydrochloride bottle.
Each FIRST®- Lansoprazole Compounding Kit is comprised of bulk lansoprazole powder USP and FIRST ® - Suspension containing ammonium glycyrrhizate, benzyl alcohol, FD&C
Shake the FIRST® - PPI Suspension bottle for a few seconds. Open the suspension bottle and empty about half the contents of the FIRST®- PPI Suspension bottle into the lansoprazole powder bottle .
