Jul 14, 2015 · I loaded an older driver, but Windows update kept on installing its own driver. I fixed the problem by deleting the Windows 10 ELAN driver registry entries and then replaced it with the ELAN touchpad registry settings which I copied from my Windows 8.1 Samsung laptop. I rebooted and the single finger edge scroll worked again.
