MUSKEGON COUNTY, MI – Five years ago Muskegon County Sheriff’s Deputy John Yax created a driving program intending to give inexperienced young drivers a little more confidence behind the wheel.

Muskegon County Sheriff’s Deputy John Yax said the van, driven by a young female, was turning into the driveway at 3950 River when the crash occurred at about 4:45 p.m. Friday.
