Hurricane Helene may have spread invasive species further into regions of the Southeast, said a recent report by the U.S.

"Lows (Monday night) across much of northern Georgia, but all the way down the Southeast Georgia will see temperatures drop below freezing," said National Weather Service Meteorologist Sam Marlow.
