Aspirin 25mg (immediate-release), dipyridamole 200mg (extended-release); caps. Dipyridamole inhibits the uptake of adenosine into platelets, endothelial cells and erythrocytes in vitro and in vivo.

These associations persisted across subgroups by sex, age, body mass index categories and renal insufficiency status. Concomitant use of allopurinol nullified the detrimental effect of aspirin.
