Michaela has experience in a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution matters in both the State and Federal jurisdictions. She specialises in large-scale commercial litigation, with a particular focus on representing company directors, officers and employees in corporate regulatory matters, ASIC prosecutions, Commissions of Inquiry and class actions.
Michaela’s general practice also includes advising clients in relation to commercial and contractual disputes, insurance matters, professional negligence claims, misleading and deceptive conduct, defamation, document access applications and shareholder disputes.
Prior to joining Bartley Cohen Michaela worked as the Associate to the Hon. Justice Martin Daubney in the Supreme Court of Queensland.
