How can I fix my iPod Touch 7th Gen unexpected shutdowns and display issues?

Hi,

I wonder if anyone could offer some advice. I have a iPod touch 7th gen which I bought in 2022 so it’s just over 2 years old. The last few months when I switch the iPod on it unexpectedly switches off and today when it did it had black and white lines. Any help or advice would be really appreciated!
