Detected a Camera Immediately
My neighbors were spying on me via car camera so I purchased this app. In quick succession, I monitored their car the app detected a camera and within 30 minutes the police arrived at my door.
I never called the police or touched their car. However they are obviously monitoring me and made the mistake of calling the cops,
The officer was great, he had the neighbor move their car, mission accomplished, my privacy and peace is returned. Great app, highly recommended.
What I was thinking along
First time using this app and it found all the hidden cameras someone in my car and it notify me of other people are using my WiFi
Flawed, but ok
I tested this app in my own home. First, I scanned my tv armoire, where I know our Nest camera is. It picked up the metal bracket on the armoire door as “Accurate 90% hidden camera.” It never picked up the actual camera. Next, I scanned the computer desk. It highlighted a picture on a pamphlet of national parks and said “Accurate 71% hidden camera.” I finally went back to the known camera and got closer and pointed my phone directly at it and nothing else. The app said, “Accurate 35% hidden camera.” With this, you’d have to know where the hidden camera actually is, and that negates the purpose of the app.
