i hate it

this is the worst thing ever I’m only forced to use it bc my uni only says we can only wash our clothes using this app. I tried making an account but it glitched out when I was writing the PIN number they sent me. That meant I can’t sign in because it said in the log in that the email wasn’t registered but when I do try to register it says I have an account. That’s not even the issue. I made an account with another email and put money on the account then went to put my clothes in the washer then the app glitched and logged me off. I tried logging back it but it kept telling me that my user or password is wrong when it’s not I even took a screenshot of my password and email then registering. This would all be fine if the app would let’s me reset my password I’ve clicked on forgotten password and written my email and it e been hours and I still got NO email back.
I can’t dry off my clothes all my mates have the same issue with the app at this point no one me and mates have enough emails to make an 2 minute lasting account. And lastly it’s just theft because I literally put money on the app. Your scamming uni students we r the brokest ppl ever.
I feel like you KNOW theirs an issue with your app and yet you’ve done nothing to improve it. Please read your reviews and get feedback from the university’s you have your circuit with and actually IMPROVE.

App Store says ‘Data Not Collected’

From their website (and bearing in mind I ONLY WANT TO DRY SOME WASHING!!!): “The information you give us may include your name, address, date of birth, e-mail address and phone number, payment details such as credit card or bank account details, your responses to surveys. Information we collect about you. With regard to each of your visits to our site we will automatically collect the following information: Technical information, including the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, any login information, details entered into any form submission, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser versions, operating system and platform, device and device types. Information about your visit, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), clickstream to, through and from our site (including date and time), page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), methods used to browse away from the page and any phone number used to call our customer service number.

It’s working, but it’s bugging, it’s barely satisfactory

I would like to first point out that this is a app that supposed to pay for services, track, and notify you when it is done.

It is harder to screw it up than make it work properly. But they’ve managed it. The interface is bugged, the time are different to the machine. And when you use multiple machines it visually bugs further.

Please, as my constructive criticism goes. One, make the app better by fixing all the bugs presented. Two, don’t make another one, cheating many customers out of money and time to refund their input of cash into the previous app. And three, make the app better with options to chat with the people that have access to the machine as well so it’s a way to not mix anything up or lose anything. And maybe the app won’t have such a bad review page. Thank you.
