A couple of weeks ago there was a post on an Australian lutherie tools and material Facebook group by a woman in the Barossa Valley, SA who is selling off her father's wood and fixtures and half built instruments, included three F-5 mandolins and several violins. He is gone into aged care and has not been doing any building for a while. The prices she is asking seem quite reasonable and a dollar or two could be made by someone willing to finish off the mandolins and sell them. His work looks (from the small photos I have seen, looks rather good, as do the materials. If anyone is interested, PM me and I will put you in contact.
Cheers
Graham

Re: Semi-built mandolins and violins
I got a few useful fingerboards, a carved neck, and some bibs and bobs from the stash of Moss Munchenberg, and had a nice chat with him along the way. Thanks for the tip off Graham.
