Append mode:
- Append mode is used to write the data at end of the file.
 - The mode “a” is used to open an output file with appending option.
 - If the specified file does not exists in the disk, then the new empty file with same name will be created at the same location and the data will be written to it.
 
Therefore, the append mode (a) is used to open a file and write data into it without erasing the existing contents.
Existing file is opened in append mode:
- If the existing file is opened in an appending mode, then the contents has been written at the end of the file.
 - The existing contents are not erased from the file and the new contents will be added with existing one at end of the file.
 
Therefore, the data will be written at the end part of the file’s existing contents...
