Game Freezes and Tech Support Doesn’t Help
For two months now I have opened support tickets for an issue of not being able to receive my daily rewards as they state they give y or daily rewards. However they have known of this issue and still do nothing to address fixing it. I just keep getting the run around ignored or told to keep following these extra steps which does nothing to help the issue. I do not understand why the tech support doesn’t actually look at what is causing this to happen and find a fix for it. That’s what a tech support team is hired to do.

This was the very first game app I'd ever downloaded to my Kindle and it's been loads of fun! I've rarely missed a day of playing it (which makes the amount of your daily bonuses increase upon logging in - if you do miss a daily log on, you go back to your Day One bonus level & have to work your way up again, but it's well worth checking in each day as the daily bonus amounts do increase generously when you're consistent about it) Oh, you also can pick up ADDITIONAL bonus coins just by checking in every hour and hitting the Collect Bonus Coins button. This amount also increases the more you play.

(Luckily, I haven't had any of the update issues that I see others mentioned in their reviews when I decided to finally get my review submitted tonight.) I hope this issue gets resolved for you folks ASAP.

The graphics are really cute, bright, & colorful. The bonus games are plentiful, generous, fun, and there are a few different bonuses in every game so you don't get bored with the same 'ol same 'ol. One of the other things that make My Vegas Slots a favorite game to play is that there are all kinds of in-game challenges to choose from that pay additional bonuses which you don't pay anything extra for- you just accept the challenge, play as you normally would and, the next thing you know, you've earned an extra chunk of coins!!! AND FINALLY, I really like that there are no ads and/or commercials that have to be waded through before you can start playing or that interrupt while you are playing. Also, how cool is it that while you're sitting around playing the fun slot games, you are earning points that can be redeemed for REAL REWARDS (i.e., discounted hotel room rates, free meals, show tickets) that can be used if you ever get the chance to make it to Las Vegas!!! Had 33 BILLION coins, did a promo challenge, lost ALL the coins and did not get the "promised" coins.
Decent slots. Like vegas, win some, lose more. Don't like when a company says they'll do something and don't.

They give u a ton of coins, but in reality, they are not as much as you think. It's like going to the casino and getting $5 in free play. You get to play for free for about 3 to 5 spins, then you either wait for the next bonus, but some more, or uninstall the game. Because I felt lied to, it gets uninstalled.

I wish these casino apps would deal in realistic play. Forget the millions and deal in realistic amounts. To play realistic amounts, I transpose the decimal point. So, say you bet 150,000 coins, I move the decimal 5 spaces to the left and see if as $1.50000 or $1.50 and then when I "win" all those coins, I can see what it really would be. Ie, a win of 100,000 coins is really just the equivalent of $1.

One other thing to keep in mind is like a real casino, their goal is to make money: ie, sell you coins. They give you a ton, esp in the beginning, but as you move up, you tend to win less and less, and they entice you to get bigger and bigger. This is to get you hooked and you want to get that feel of bigger wins. When buying coins ,if you do, remember the decimal trick so you understand what you are buying it you were playing in real world denominations.

Unique slots game, that gives you free stuff in Vegas. Most of the slot games are fun to play & keeps us coming back to play over & over. The overall play, bonus parts and rewards make this program worth the time to play.

The graphics are nice & the program never lags or crash for us; when playing online, on our tablet or on our phones. If you play smart you can really build up your chips to keep playing. Plus you get chips every 4 hours, a bonus everyday & you can send & receive more chips from frinds daily.

The few complaints we have is they could have more different types of slot games & game bonuses; since many of them have different themes, but have the same bonus play. Winning the extra weekly bonus parts take too many chips to complete...they should be a little easier, with less payout to make it fun for all levels of play.

As to the rewards they give, they are spread out between many casinos, even some off the strip local casinos. We have used a few rewards already for free shows, half price meals & more...and it is all for just playing slots for free.

I wouldn't have usually downloaded this app but when I saw that it gave bonuses that can be used in Vegas I thought I would give this a try. I've been playing for a few days now and I'm loving it! I'm going to Vegas in the next few years and I think I'll have enough loyalty points to get myself something like free tickets to one of the shows!
