WaldiWaldi, mascot for 1972 Munich Olympic Games is a hound with short legs. It is also the first Olympic mascot in Olympic history.


Amik, mascot for 1976 Montreal Olympic Games is a beaver.


Misha, mascot for 1980 Moscow Olympic Games is a bear.


Sam, an eagle is the mascot for 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games.


Hodori, mascot for 1984 Seoul Olympic Games, is a tiger.

Cobi, a small dog is the mascot for 1988 Barcelona Olympic Games.


Izzy, is the first computer-made mascot, which turned up in 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games.

 
There are 3 mascots for 2000 Sydney Olympic Games, they are Ollie, Syd and Millie, all of whom are local Australia animals. They represent earth, air and water respectively.
