MFT submission!!!! New Dies....how fun

Hey All...how ya been???


I'm so excited, i received my new order of MFT die-namics...oh how i love them. The only problem is i want MORE, thank goodness they are in my price range and i can purchase a few at a time...They also have great deals all the time..Spend 60.00 get a free stamp set of the month which i take advantage of every chance i get...They have a Guest Designer call going on right now and i decided as i love these products so much i would try out for it....The theme for this call is DO THE BUNNY HOP...Here is my card using only My Favorite Things die-namics..nothing else but....I hope you like.



What do you think...how cool eh? No colouring this time around but i'm itching to purchase some of their A la mode stamps...super cute if i must say so... Butterfly's, film strip that i ran some ribbon through, flowers, letters and even the three layer stack for my sentiment... I can't believe i didn't have the word bunny....i was reduced to writing it out myself, i only wish i had some dark pink for the lettering.. Inked up the edges and voila...all done. Super simple, easy to put together..

A La Card Monkey Challenge Guest Designer....

REDONKULOUS Design Team Welcome go HERE!


I'm a Guest Designer for A La Card Monkey Challenge this week. This time around the theme is

Easter with a sketch thrown in to make it interesting...I was lucky enough to be chosen as a monkey princess for their 100 challenge...yeah...so i was asked to be a guest designer...Of course i said yes and here is my creation...funny enough i used the same papers that was on my card the last time...i did say i love this colour combo...don't you agree????



This image is from Tiddly Inks which i love. Her name is Wryn and you can find her here. I coloured her with promarkers, used a MFT die-namic for the sentiment along with JUSTWORDZ Party Time stamp set...Added a few buttons and eyelets and i'm all done...i hope you like and thanks for dropping by to have a look....Don't forget to get your submissions in A La Card Monkey this week...good luck

"Hi, I'm Stacey, also known as 'The Left-Handed Blonde'. I'm 30 and live on the south coast of the UK with my exceedingly craft tolerant boyfriend Alistair. I work full time (and then some!) but try to squeeze in as much crafty time in as I possibly can. I got in to crafting 4 years ago whilst I was recovering from an operation. I was forced to stay off work longer than I had expected and in a bid to avoid total cabin fever, I bought a card making magazine and got to work with the freebie bits on the front cover. From that day, I just haven't looked back. Whilst I'm pleased to report that my style and skill level has improved somewhat since those very early days, unfortunately, my bank balance really hasn't! I tend to produce unfussy clean designs and love bright and bold papers. I also adore my beloved Copic markers and now use them on every image that I colour. here is a little about her and please check out her PERSONAL BLOG to leave some love... I am 41 years young and married with two boys aged 12 and 9. I live in the North of Scotland, close to the home of the Loch ness Monster. I started card making in 2004 and discovered stamping a few years later. I'm just so glad she wanted to join us...it still amazes me that people in blogland are so creatively talented. My name is Kate Cordero. I live in Fort Worth, TX. I am a SAHM to 4 wonderful kids and married for almost 17 years to the best hubby ever. I guess, I have always been into Scrapbooking/Papercrafting, before I knew what it really was or what acid free even was, I would cut my journaling and pictures out of magazines and place them in my albums. Although I love my Cricut and Cameo, I am now absolutely loving coloring my images with Copics. It is the satisfaction to see them come to life as you color them just makes it all worth it.
I am so Redonkulously happy that Sheryl and Kim has chosen me to be a part of the Design Team. I can't wait to color up those Adorable Images and being with Redonkulous Designs as it starts its new Adventure in the Crafty World. I hope to do them proud with my Designs.

REDONKULOUS DT has been chosen!!! WHEW!

REDONKULOUS DT.....and a card

WOW i can't believe the great response we have had to join this brand new team. I just want to thank everyone who spent the time to apply and i just wish we could have had all of you on this team. The last couple of days have been so mind blowing that my head actually hurts. Even poor Sheryl didn't know what to expect when i got her into this...here is what she had to say


MY GOODNESS, it was soooo hard to choose. I spent hours going through them, going back and fourth between blogs. I had know idea how much work goes into these things. Keeping track of who is who and who did what, I had to make a chart with screen grabs of their stuff so I could remember in the end - lol. Maybe I'm just getting old. :) So you see it was the most hardest thing to decide. The team will consist of 6 members, more than what we were thinking at first but after looking at all the creativity that was submitted this is what we came up with...

Well i'll have to keep you in some suspense eh????


I'm just waiting for conformation from the girls.

Now i have a simple card to show you today...








Well this one is very simple as i said, made with my trendy twine. Cut out the center of the card using my cricut...which by the way took at least 4 trys to get it to the center point...wrapped the cutout egg in twine, added some eggs and used JUSTWORDZ everyday sentiments and Party time for the sentiment. Inked up the edges and finished it off with ribbon..

I have used a super sweet REDONKULOUS Design for this weeks challenge. Coloured with promarkers and used my die cuts to frame this cutie....I managed to use some tags i had and a precut flower for my embellishing...added some buttons and used my JUSTWORDZ Everyday Sentiment stamp set.

I liked how this one turned out, i have trouble with animals but i managed to keep this one soft using a little pink and grey.

Celebration...REMINDER Redonkulous DT call!!!

This image was previously colored and i had copies made for some party invites and had a couple left over so i wanted to use her up... I think this one is my most favorite that i have coloured...It's a Krista Smith image and I used promarkers. This color combo is one of my favorites...Used JUSTWORDZ Party Time stamp set for the sentiment and added some trendy twine circles for an embellishment...All i did there was wrap the twine around some thicker glue dots that i had..And did you notice i even did a little sewing...who would have thought i would pull out my machine to stitch on paper...This sketch was provided by alacardmonkey.

REDONKULOUS DT CALL!!!

Hello everyone…welcome to Justwordz today. We are excited to tell you we are having a REDONKULOUS DT Call. As most of my followers know my niece has embarked on a new adventure…with a little nudge from me of course:0) she is just so talented and has been busy creating wonderful digital images for all of us to colour and use in our projects… I've fallen in love with what she has done so far and can’t wait to see what else comes along…

I would like to invite some talented colourers to join us in showcasing these fabulous images.

This call is for a commitment of 6 months. April 1st till Sept 30th
You must have a blog that you regularly post on.
Your project must be made for that weeks post just for REDONKULOUS,( no using one project for two DT commitments.)
Enter your projects in challenges on blogland
We are asking you to provide 1 project using one of her images every two weeks. So that means 2 projects each month.
On occasion Sheryl may have some news to share and we may ask for an additional post at that time just to share (sales, new images) no project necessary.
We are hoping to have one blog hop during this time as well.

Please don’t apply if you are unable to honour your commitment.

Sheryl would love your input on what you would like to see in the way of digital stamps and just maybe you will have a little part of the creative process. You will be provided with digital images/paper from REDONKULOUS free of charge and be a part of a fantastic team. Posting day will depend on selected team members. We will try and get the best day that will not conflict with other commitments. This may be tricky but we will do our best.

Please do not hesitate…..join one new artist in her journey of digital images
Keep in mind that this call is for REDONKULOUS designs only, and will not include JUSTWORDZ stamps at this time.

I'M PUBLISHED...I'M PUBLISHED....

Can you believe it.....I've been PUBLISHED!!!! in

PAPERCRAFT INSPIRATIONS...

What a fantastic feeling...i can't wait to see the real deal. I'm looking for the magazine as we speak...I'm in a small town so i may have to count on family or friends to track it down. I was so lucky to be asked to create a card using my Promarkers...How could i not try. That's my colour medium of choice, you all know i love my Promarkers. WOW, what a day...I have not ONE but TWO cards featured...One is the image top left which is a Krista Smith digital stamp. And the other is bottom center which is my Nieces image from REDONKULOUS designs. Have a closer look below for deets...




Isn't this image super cute. REDONKULOUS designs has a new blog, Please help me give her a little push for some followers. We will be having a DT call this weekend for REDONKULOUS design team members...Commitment will be minimal so please keep us in mind and visit for all the details this Saturday...Ok...so i coloured with promarkers, used my die-namics die cut for the five and used the matching stamp to create the numbers on the 5 and the backing paper using my versamark ink and the sentiment. Used some rick rack and a button with trendy twine to finish it off.

Well here is another image from Mo Manning...isn't it just a cutie...perfect image for a spring type card. Coloured with promarkers, used my die-namics to cut out some recycled cardboard for a little texture, added some pearls, and used JUSTWORDZ Party Time stamps set for the sentiment. Just for kicks i also added a little cork circles along the bottom. This card has great dimension that turned out pretty good. A quick card!!!

Boo Hoo......all alone

Hey everyone...i'm glad you made your way here today...as you will see i'm all alone this week. I miss my DT girls already...but please keep in touch as we will be having a DT call for REDONKULOUS Designs very soon. We are just working out the details as we speak..

This weeks image is from MoManning that i just love. I managed to be lucky enough to win a gift card and this is one image i purchased. I thought it was a very loving picture yes?? I scraplifted this style from a blogger i just love...Her name is Alina and you can visit her blog HERE. I love her use of embellishments and using the craft paper is just genius...love love her work.. I used my die cuts and dry embossed a little and used JUSTWORDZ Everyday Sentiments.
